Another Friday with Hilary .... won't you join the party for Friday Four Fill In?

- I have no desire to go back to school
- I love the smell of the ocean because it brings about a sense of calm.
- I wish that my tummy would magically disappear
- In one month I will be a month older.
Oh how I love the smell of the ocean too for that feeling of centerness & calm. Well let me be the 1st to say Happy Birthday & I am so glad you will have your daughter close to help you celebrate & that cute grandbaby with his parents, i have a feeling it is going to be a very blessed birthday this year for YOU woohoo!!!
ReplyDeletethanks for the HB wishes.. but my b'day is in Feb.... :)
DeleteThe smell of the ocean is the best - especially when it is all fishy....
ReplyDeleteI hate to break this to you.. by the end of the day we will be older too
seriously??? I thought that dilemma only affected me!
DeleteYou know I sorta wanna go back to school, but the horrible expense keeps me from committing to it. And, oh! I hear you on the tummy score. That's my biggest wish. I'm seeing ever so small in changes with the belly fat melting, but the truth of the matter is even if I lose these excess 15 pounds then there will be belly fat period. I remember in 2004 when I was a mere 102 pounds and still my tummy was like jello. It wasn't all the noticeable when covered up, but you get the picture I'm sure. Ugh!! A tummy tuck or lipo is probably the ONLY way to get a flat stomach without any pudges at all again.
ReplyDeleteI concur... but I am not vain enough to go through the pain (or the expense) of a tummy tuck! And I remember when you wrote a post about clothing sizes... I remember when I was so excited to get into a size 4 and then realized it was probably the same as a size 8 20 years ago!
DeleteLove the tummy answer - I have that problem too and I almost said the same thing for #4!
ReplyDeleteWish there was a magic cure for this tummy thing! Seems to afflict all us mothers.... ahhhh... that which we give up for our children :)
DeleteOh, my tummy, it refuses to flatten out. I tell it too but it won't listen, maybe I need to a little more than just talking LOL
ReplyDeleteFunny, there have been several women I know who have gone back to school, and like you I have no desire to join them. And yes, I too would like my tummy to disappear. I guess that's a common theme for moms. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI'm back to school - it's fun! Ok, maybe not FUN - but I hope that it keeps me out of Burger King as a retirement option. I, too, love the smell of the ocean, and in fact, that was one of my answers.
ReplyDeleteThis was my first week doing the FFFF, so I hope you'll visit :)

Oh how time keeps marching on....despite our best attempts to stop it! I too love the smell of the ocean. It reminds me of my honeymoon.
ReplyDeleteYay for a birthday coming up! How are we celebrating?
ReplyDeleteI love the ocean!
Ditto on the stomach part! It's a pain in the butt to get rid of!
