  1. I'm with you on #1! Daughter loves the books and movies - I tried to watch one with her and just couldn't follow it.

  2. I too love the smell of the ocean. It's scent reminds me of all the places those waves have been, all the sights that they have seen, and the great power they have.

    1. ha ha ha ... now that is not exactly why I love the scent of the ocean.. But I will have to think of these things next time I'm there!

  3. To each her own... I love my Vampires, sparkly or not!!! :) The new DVD is coming out tomorrow. Guess what I'll be doing??? :) And I have found more dog poop on my front lawn the last couple of weeks than the whole 10 years we've lived here. I'm so mad because i am so diligent on cleaning up after my pooches and don't get the same courtesy in return.

    1. I know you love your vampires... and isn't the dog poop on your lawn a complete show of disrespect?

  4. I soooo wish I could say the smell of the ocean is my favourite. unfortunately we live near polluted Ottawa River. not so nice.
I did read Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles - and hers I totally get, espeically with regards to Louis who laments the loss of his humanity, and with that, his soul. Having had no choice in the matter, unlike most of us humans, he doesn't understand why he is "damned." I get that. very philosophical for a vampire.
Teenage vampires falling in love with human girls who they don't kill, and who's best friend is a werewolf. harder to accept. And not really my kind of romance.
But I will reserve judgement and eventually read them.

    1. WHY did I know you would be a --- perspective fan?

    2. LOL....not sure if it is just a true love for all reading....or peer pressure to be "in the know". ha.

Also, tagged you in Saturday's post. I know everyone has probably already done these tag posts...so no pressure, no rush. I worked hard on my questions though. And I promise to bypass if ever tagged again. LOL

  5. I have been a vampire groupie since The Lost Boys way back when! I don't know why, I've just always been a fan of vampire fiction. Wouldn't carve my teeth into fangs though! :)

  6. These answers are exactly what I would think you would say!
I totally agree with #1. I don't/won't read or watch that stuff. I'm fine with the fact others like it; I just don't.
Don't ya' just hate when people allow their dogs to use other people's lawns?! I have always had dogs, and was a pet sitter. That's just not nice!!
